Return policy 

Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. Unless another return policy is indicated, handbags sold by replicainchina.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.ReplicaInChina.com will accept the return or exchange in any cases of below :
1 - Product Defects 
2 - Delivery mistake 

You can choose:
1- Return for refund: 15 days money back
2- Return for exchange: 30 days exchange

Return process 
1. Customer needs to contact us by email replicainchina@gmail.com to get our confirmation after product arrival (From delivery date on Express’s tracking No.) for product return and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us. 

2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your product. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 5 days and return for exchange must be no later than 30 days from the day you received it.

3. Refund money will arrive at your account in within 7 days after product returns to us;.

Return specification 
1. If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization, correct return address, or the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not provide refund or exchange the item.

2. Please E-mail all returns request back to: replicainchina@gmail.com. Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:
* Your order number
* Item(s) you want to return
* The reason you want to make a return.
* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out

3. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

4. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Products that are returned to replicainchina with a missing and damaged will be refused to returned to you, if you return any physically damaged item to us, the item will be returned to you at your expense. 

5. Shipping costs and a 5% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount

6. Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in replicainchina.com for equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser price item the remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account.
